The Salesman was decent and not pushy or overbearing. Happy with the vehicle. However the cash sale went thru on May 14 and I'm still waiting for the title, temp. tags are going to expire. They offered to extend my temp. tag but I'm a 3 hour drive from them. I'd honestly give them 4 stars for the sales approach and the vehicle. No stars at all for how late they are in sending the title. Won't be able to drive the vehicle?? Not cool at all.

Their vehicles were overpriced and in such disrepair they should advertise themselves as a salvage yard. When I looked under the hood of a Dodge Ram and closed the hood, the grill fell off. It was held on by zip ties and wood screws.

Called them originally about a truck, we agreed on an out the door price, drove from north Colorado springs to their lot ready to sign papers and then he tells me there is a $200 dealer handling fee on top of the purchase price. out the door means OUT THE DOOR... It was a decent price for the truck so i decided to buy it anyway after negotiating it to only $100. I purchased the vehicle and paid in full.nnOver a month goes by and i still hadn't received a title even though my temp tags they gave were about to expire. I called them over 50 times at least, sometimes 10 times in a row, no answer trying to ask why they had not sent me a title or paperwork to go get a title. I had to purchase an extension on my temp tags and the DMV which could only give me a 2 week extension for $7nnI had to file a complaint with Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board. Colorado requires dealers to send title within 30 days.. They didn't.nnI finally got my title in the mail randomly a couple weeks later. I never did get a hold of anyone again over the phone from my first initial contact.nnI knew the vehicle i purchased was AS-IS, no complaint about that but the business side of things and their customer service is a joke.. If you purchase a vehicle from them, don't expect them to answer their phone if you had questions / issues or reach out to you about anything.
