If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Owner/manager allowed homeless person and known felon to live there which made it easily accessible for him to break into our unit and steal our valuables. 24/7 access is not always a good thing. Walls do not go all the way to the roof which allows for access to other units and walls can be unbolted. If we experience heavy snow fall, gate will not close thus allowing anyone to enter facility. Owner is aware of problem but has not fixed. Owner didn't even consider compensating us with a couple of free months rental even though he was completely responsible for letting the homeless guy live there and come and go as he pleased. We have moved out from the rats nest and are at a much more secure location. If you value your items don't rent here! Perpetrator was identified and is currently incarcerated.
Friendly service and clean units
I have trusted my possessions and trailers here for several years now. The owner is friendly and will work with you on getting you set up right no matter where you live or are traveling from. I have noticed a lot of out-of-state RVs stored here so people can just drive to Colorado, get their RV and start recreating. Storage units are very secure and come in different sizes. The location, while off the beaten path, is easy to get in and out of. Your possessions and trailers will also have a gorgeous view of the mountains!
They are a great storage facility.
Picked up my 5th wheel this weekend for the kids to use. It was winterized last fall, but the black tank was full and smelled of cigar smoke. We do not smoke. Also a propane tank was missing.
