I had a 5 Star ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0fexperience at City Auto Plaza. Everyone that works here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to your needs and wants in the vehicle that you are looking for. I was very blessed to have Lane as my sales rep. Lane is an excellent salesman who is caring and very charismatic. Lane was confident in showing me all of the bells and whistles of my new 2021 Jeep Rubicon ECODIESEL. I also want to say I appreciate Lane’s team checking up on me after my purchase to make sure I was loving my Jeep and everything was functioning for me. I have been taking my Ram and Jeep into City Auto Plaza's Service Department for a couple of years since moving here and they have always been great with my vehicles and getting them back on the road quickly. Recently, I purchased my first new vehicle from them and the sales experience was fantastic. My wife and I picked out the truck we liked online and called up there. We got connected with Steve Montoya and he took care of just about everything before we even got there. We checked out the vehicle, went over some options, signed the finance paperwork, and off we go! This was the best car-buying experience we've ever had. No sales pressure for anything we didn't want to do. Steve and Dan found us some great discounts and made sure we got a fair price for our trade-ins. It couldn't have been simpler!

City Auto Plaza is a great place to have my Jeep Gladiator personalized to be even more off road capable. Travis in the parts department knows the Jeep inside, and out, and was able to help me get my Gladiator equipped the way I wanted cheaper than buying the parts on the internet. Brandon , the service manager, is able to bid installation exactly, and he stands behind his technicians work. If I'm not satisfied, they make it right. I tell all my Jeep friends to get a quote from City Auto Plaza before they spend too much money some place else.

I drove over an hour just to come to thia dealership for a recall on my jeep! They were so quick, kind, and definitely know what they are doing! They even checked for other recalls and ordered parts right away. We had the same great experience with our truck that had 4 recalls-took care of them all! I will recommend them to everyone!

Adam is very informative on all the vehicles I inquired about. He is professional and courteous. I didn't feel talked down to as a woman looking for a car, I have experienced this at other dealerships. Thank you Adam for taking such good care of me and my family.
