Run . Dropped my trailer to be fixed, sat 2 weeks without being looked at. Nothing fixed. They are too busy with the big rigs to deal with the smaller stuff

The guy that is always there does not have much knowledge. I asked him about about a 175000 btu 2 stage propane regulator. He said they only exist in house applications. This is not the first time he told me something does not exist. Needless to say, I drove 20 minutes to the next town and bought one.

Had air conditioner go out on our motor home. They are doing their best to find a replacement! Tough going due to very limited supply because of covid etc.

Just bad customer service. Over half the trailer campers we're locked.was there for over half hour no one came out to show us any campers. At least unlock them if you don't want to show them
