I run a medical cannabis grow and feel like I'm making stops here at least once a week. The staff is always personable and on point with their knowledge of product. Some of the best customer service around.
Get what you need when you need it at an average price. if you want a good relationship, go somewhere else.nnThey don’t stand behind their products and will give you a run around for a return. Pretty sure they won’t take back something defective.nnWas upsold at the register into a Milwaukee PH pen. He said it retailed for $35 yet after I mentioned I can get a better deal on Amazon, he drops the price to 24 and told me he “can’t go lower” so I bought it out of convenience. Same pen sells on the Milwaukee website for $20. Pen was giving me issues and that’s when I was told they don’t do refunds.nnThey don’t care about you, just your money. But your smaller stuff but don’t invest your dollars on big items because they won’t take care of you or their product. He straight up told me “sorry bud, it seems broken” and handed it back to me after I asked if he could calibrate it for me.nnI’ll buy my nutes here because they’re nearby and the prices are comparable, but literally nothing else. I’m looking for a company that cares about my investments and sees my value as a returning customer especially when items creep into the hundreds!
Always have knowledgeable staff and very great prices! Only place to shop for all of your green thumb needs
