Property is clean, well maintained, and secure; definitely felt our belongings were safe and sound. Staff is friendly and helpful. Steve is a great manager and was able to help us resolve an issue that several calls to customer service was unable to get fixed. He went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved, and followed up with us after the fact to check and make sure we were satisfied as well as find out what we thought could be changed or improved upon. Really impressed by this. Storage isn’t something that I would have thought required above average customer service but now that I’ve received outstanding customer service, I wouldn’t want it any other way!

This place takes care of you from start to finish, a to z and all that!! Best in the business hands down!! I won't go anywhere else because the other storage places dont offer what Public Storage does. Then with the promotional offers like $1 for you're first month's rent come on there's no competition!! I've been with Public Storage 10+ years and I'm not going anywhere!!

The property manager Steve is definitely a highlight of this location. He helped us transition from a smaller unit to a larger unit in less than a day! He is extremely professional, with great customer service skills. He keeps the property very clean and well maintained. I can tell he genuinely cares about his renters! If you are in the Northish side of COS and need a storage. I recommend this location. It's nice and quite and tucked away

Steve was amazing he walked me through step by step the process of renting a storage. I am new at having to move. I was overwhelmed at the process to include making a reservation on line. Steve made me feel comfortable and he was kind. Its hard to find good customer service these days but I was blessed when I met Steve. Thank you Public Storage ...thank you Steve

Kay did a wonderful job of checking me in today! She was very helpful and informative. The unit I rented is in great shape, its obvious the property is maintained and seems to be secure. Great pricing. I recommend this property for your storage needs.
