Actually Angie, the property manager is doing a great job . I remember when I was shipping out for Boot camp , she was really taking good care of me and my stuffs. That would mean if I need a storage again , I will go straight to there . And I always come back since 2015 . Angie, is one -of -a kind , she’s very knowledgeable, very laid back and she will go above and beyond to give you a great customer service. The area is safe to keep your stuffs. That’s why I always come back whenever I need a storage unit. I highly recommend the public storage at Parkmoor village.

I needed another storage unit and for last minute notice, Manager Angie was able to accommodate my needs. She treated me professionally and in a friendly manner. She’s very knowledgeable of the products and services Public Storage offers. Angie walked me through every step of the way and made my experience with ease. If you’re looking for a storage unit, come to Parkmoor Village and meet Angie. You will have the same pleasant experience I had. Highly recommended!

Angie /Property Manager at the Parkmoor location helped to ease my burden when my son passed away, and left two storage units behind. She was kind, compassionate, professional and did everything in her power to make it a smooth process. I live out of state and Angie was in constant contact with me leading up to my visit, to make sure all paperwork was in place to give me access to the units. The property is clean, quite and monitored for safety. I highly recommend Public Storage Parkmoor location. Thank you Angie!

If you need storage space in this area, you won’t find better customer service! This was an enjoyable experience from the get-go. Angie was super helpful and just plain nice to work with. Our storage unit suited our needs. I feel it was a safe and secure place to store my belongings. Five stars! I highly recommend this specific Public Storage location :)

My sincere appreciation for your property manager Angie. She was so patient through the whole process of figuring out my billing situation. She was so sweet, kind and understanding. She needed to look into a few things and said she would get back to me as soon as she could. Angie had an answer for me with in the hour and had clear everything up for me.
