Ordered online was informed my order was ready i walked in and had to wait ten minutes because they had messed my order up. Got home and the pizza had bits of plastic in it. I called in and was told they would remake my pizza for free,(as if i had not already paid for it plus gas to pick up) to which the employee replied we can refund u your money, i graciously accepted when she asked me do you want us to remake it at all? I said sure then went to pick it up. They took the pizza with plastic in it and told me that they would have it ready in 10 to 15 minutes but reused to uphold the refund part of the conversation offering free bread instead. Wont be back!
Thor st. Dominos pizza store is amazingly, awesomely, terrifically, wonderfully, and consistently delicious, well made, delivered on time, or in store, with a smile, and professional manner. LOVE this store! LOVE their pizza !! (& other menu items) lol; It's all great ☺
