My home needed a fair amount of exterior repair. Ethan listened carefully to my needs and offered several options without suggesting more than was necessary. The project included a new roof and gutters, several new windows as well as siding repair and paint. His estimate was clearly laid out and very reasonable for the quality of products, workmanship and service that was delivered.nnAll the sub-contractors were skilled, efficient, easy to communicate with and diligent in their clean up. Ethan stayed in close touch throughout the project and followed up on every detail.nnI could not be more pleased with the results and highly recommend Ethan and Liberty Construction.

Even when we wanted something changed he was happy to oblige and crew was professional and fast.nnOne year later we needed a roof certification for homeowners insurance and Ethan responded immediate and researched it getting back to us in quick time. He worked directly with our agent to get what we needed and didn’t hesitate to help out.nnIt’s one thing to pay a company to put a roof on. From the moment I contacted Liberty Construction until the job was finished. I was made aware of the timelines. I was always made aware I could change the start if needed. I was provided with great service and products. the insulated garage door has made a world of difference in temp stability. Would highly recommend and will be contacting to use again if services are needed. 5 stars A++

Ethan at Liberty Construction is a shining example of an excellent service provider. He was thorough, professional, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. His crews were skilled and considerate, always cleaning up the site at the end of the day. Ethan came by daily to keep track of progress and check in with me. I called Liberty Construction to help install a decoy owl on my roof to deter pigeons and other birds. (I had already purchased the owl from Lowes). Not only were they friendly and able to come out the same day with immediate service, they did a great job and went above and beyond.They reinforced it with a wood frame and insured it could withstand the CO winds and even painted the wood frame to match the color of my roof as well as inspected my roof to make sure there was no damage. In addition, I had started a couple house projects I had questions on, they were willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and even gave me some ideas and suggestions for the projects I had/and or wanted to start.
