This place is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and nonjudgmental. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They want you to succeed but won't push you beyond your capabilities. The owners, Alex and Silvie are very involved and make the place amazing. Highly recommend to everyone at any skill level. Try it out!
If you are thinking, curious, wondering what a CrossFit experience is like - This is exactly where you should go. I’m extremely- embarrassingly - can’t do a push up - new to all of this- and I’ve never felt more embraced and accepted as is. There is comfort in seeing all levels (many advanced athletes) as it assures me they genuinely follow your journey with care and passion. I’m not one to fall into cliches, but I will say I’m so grateful I was referred to this place. Thank you CrossFit Decimate for your willingness to better me as a whole person.
Amazing Community, Amazing Coaches and Amazing Programming. ud83dudcaaud83dudd25 Coach Jacquie and ONG Weightlifting are Amazing as well.
Dropped In while on a business trip from North Carolina. An awesome experience. I came in and used my current programming for two days. I felt welcomed and met some very neat people. Alex was great!
