Great gym. Amazing, kick your butt classes and staff. There is no shame in not knowing what you are doing, you will learn.
A very well rounded gym. They have a great bjj, boxing, and kick boxing program as well as intelligent strength and conditioning. The coaches are great very knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. The teammates are very positive, inclusive and encouraging. I would highly recommend to anyone that is interested in getting in shape, defending themselves, or having a career in combat sports.
This gym is awesome, there are youth that come in consistently and happy to be at the gym along with teens and adults. It’s a welcoming environment and everybody wants you to learn, the coaches and fighters will take time to ensure new members(you) understand techniques. Overall everyone is friendly and the coaches are all knowledgeable and professional.
