Great gym! They treat you like family and work you hard! No contracts like some gyms. Terry (the owner) is a knowledgeable trainer/fighter. They don't do fluff or cardio boxing, Just hard work and real practical training. Everyone from novice to seasoned pros are welcome here. I've been training since I was 16 at multiple gyms around the US and by far they have one of the best atmospheres of teamwork I've seen.

Love these guys! Greeted with laughter and jokes the first time through the door. The laid back atmosphere provides a great learning environment and place to work hard. Will be back for more!

This is not a gym this is your happy place waiting for you to find it! Not only is Terry one of the most genuine, honest and loving beings! He takes care of you and trains you greatly, like the universe what you put in you get back!nnNo matter what he keeps you Workin and keeps you honest with your growth. He's not in it for you coin purse, hes there to take you to the next level of your game! He will believe in you more than you do yourself and will make time to listen and hear you out. You will become disciplined through kindness and good vibes/ work ethic.nnThis is a very child/family friendly Gym and will help you open up to a better boxer and becoming a greater you! Def check this place out and give yourself the best peace you can find.
