Such an awesome studio! The hot class was incredible and the instructor (Sonji) was nothing short of amazing. The heat was perfect and it was very relaxing!! The atmosphere is light and fun and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I will definitely be going back!!!
Absolutely love Hot on Yoga! The best instructors in town with the most knowledge. The facility is extremely clean and organized. This is my most favorite Yoga studio. I highly recommend attending any one of the classes they offer.
Love love love everything about Hot On Yoga! They are also going to great lengths to ensure a safe a clean studio as we all deal with COVID-19 and the changes it brings. The owner and instructors are compassionate and being able to attend just a few studio classes these past few weeks has done wonders for my mental and physical health! Keep up the good work, guys! Had my first hot yoga experience here. Liked it so much I signed up. Diggn it so far. Great instructors and extremely clean facility.
I have been to a ton of hot yoga studios in Colorado Springs and this place beats them all hands down. Mike and his wife have figured this out. This place is extremely clean, and the temperature and humidity are perfect. As if that's not enough, every instructor is amazing! This is the only place I go!
