Great workouts with great people in a Christian atmosphere.
One of the best gyms I have ever worked out at. The people are so friendly and kind. The trainers encourage you in a healthy way. Although I cant make it as much as I would like when I do get a chance to go I am never disappointed. With one free week there is no reason not to try them out.
A great coworker of mine Andrew works there and I have lost 20 pounds since I've known him. Gone to the gym a number of times. It's a place where you will receive a good workout and word from God.
