I am very satisfied with this place super clean, the price is super reasonable. My masseuse his name is Robin he is super good! Very highly recommended.

Calling to schedule an appointment is always a hassle; they sometimes do and sometimes don’t ask for your name which leads to confusion when you arrive. Even the lightest massage level: 1 is still extremely painful and I asked the man to go lighter multiple times and he didn’t. It isn’t relaxing like a massage should be

Clean (staff was wearing face masks, and had had sanitizer on the counter), professional and a great massage. They also provide a free bottle of water after your massage -- a classy and appreciated gesture to help flush out those toxins! Highly recommend 99 massage.

Today was the day I looked for someplace to get my stiff neck straightened out. I went to 99 massage as a walk-in customer. The people were very polite (even though we had a tiny language barrier to overcome). They quickly got me in and on a table for a nice, long 90 minute massage. It was great! I'm normally not a fan of gloved massages, and I was additionally skeptical about having a towel in between me and their gloved hands, but really, it was a great massage by an attentive masseuse.nnThe restroom (and the whole spa) was clean and orderly, the people were very friendly and accommodating. They have nice, soothing music, the lights are low and the place smells pleasant. I felt that I was given adequate attention and my massage was excellent. If I could give it another half star, I would.nnI'll be back. This was a great experience. Thank you, 99 massage.

Having woken up with severe shoulder and neck pain I booked an hour long massage with Amy and she was terrific. The pressure was perfect and she was very intuitive, she focused on that shoulder without me having to tell her anything. The people complaining about them not speaking English are ridiculous as far I'm concerned. You get a massage to relieve pain. Which she did. not to chat.
