One Source Home Service

I was looking for duct cleaners in my area that had good reviews and One Source Home Service met my search criteria. I contacted them to learn more about their duct cleaning service. After answering all my questions, I scheduled a cleaning. The 2-person team, Christopher and Jordan, were sent to complete the job. These two men were amazing. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and did a brilliant job on cleaning our ducts. Working with One Source Home Service from the first call to the follow-up after services was amazing. I loved their processes to ensure our safety and the safety of their team members. This company really knows how to deliver a great experience.

*WARNING*nnThis company does NOT stand behind their service. We had a home inspection performed at our house a few days prior to One Source Home Service coming out. The furnace was found to be functioning properly at the time of inspection and video is provided to show forced air burners were working fine (see attached) prior to One Source Home Service arrival. The inspector also took a photo of a note taped to the side of the furnace from One Source, advising what parts were being replaced, and that a tune up was going to be made.nnFast Forward to October and the first time we have needed our furnace since the summer. Low and behold the system will not turn on, and One Source is not willing to come out to take a look without charging us. When asked what warranty or guarantee is given with their work.. they again stated there would be a charge to come out, completely ignoring my question.nnThat aside, our friend also had a major issue with One Source. They came out and provided a $20K+ bid to replace the entire sewer line and told them their sewer line had disintegrated. Little did One Source know, the entire sewer line had been replaced under permit 90 days earlier and was verified through the city code inspectors!! Will be reporting to the BBB as well. Buyer beware.

These folks are the best. Very informative. Coral and Kendall were professional, polite, and friendly. I felt like they were looking after me and not the pocketbook. I have COPD and I had a rough idea what I wanted to accomplish with the visit. Coral looked out for my best interests and what I needed for my health. They are the best. BE AWARE!! They will send you a letter of Intent to put a LIEN ON YOUR HOME BEFORE SENDING YOU AN INVOICE.nWe had a plumber come to our home in February 2020. At that time we were informed by the service technician, Joshua, that no payment was due.nIn May, we had an electrician come to our house and were not informed that any payment was due.nIn October 2020, we were sent a letter stating they were going to put a lien on our home for an outstanding balance. A balance that we were NEVER notified we had. If One Source had reviewed our account, they would have found that we ALWAYS paid for their services at the time of the appointment. When we called to find out why we received the letter to put a lien on our home, we were informed that IT IS THEIR POLICY to send this type of letter instead of contacting the customer and notifying them of an outstanding balance. What type of business does this??? Obviously, one that does not care about their customers. They lost our business and the business of our family and friends. If I were you, I would be looking for a different business to help you.nnOne other item to let people know. We asked for a technician to come out to look at a leaking toilet. (A toilet that One Source had previous changed the wax ring). Instead of a technician, they sent a sales person to come to our house who tried to tell us that the lifespan of a toilet is 5-10 years. I feel bad for anyone that believes this line. Please do your homework and get multiple opinions if anyone informs you that you need to replace your toilets every 5-10 years. Remarks like that show you should not be in this business.

One Source came out to my residence and performed an inspection with recommendation on my A/C and furnace service. I was quite pleased with Bobby's work and information, I felt compelled to get online and leave a great review. Houses settle and get dirty. With the amount of time people are spending in their own homes, this service would be essential to keeping things running in my own home. The piece of mind I received knowing that the A/C and furnace is running in tip top shape has made life that much easier to write this. I would recommend One Source Home Service to anyone that wants to live in a clean air home. Thanks Bobby, and thanks One Source for your services.
