Rick from DR Electric arrived well on time and prepared for inspecting the elements for my electric panel and answering every other question I had. He was very knowledgeable, easy to converse with and was very patient while waiting for me to put my dog up. I believe I spoke in kind with Rick for quite the majority of the appointment. He is also a veteran, which I can appreciate. I felt like I had a good human being determined to do a good job, and I certainly did. I was quoted at a reasonable price, especially considering how busy the environment is during this time of year. With COVID-19 and the impressions the pandemic has had on the economy, it's reassuring to see humble and down to earth Americans succeeding in good business amongst it all. When I called to tell their office what a great experience I had, Deb only continued to offer great customer service and a friendly experience. I give 5 stars to DR Electric and Rick for their great service. It took more effort for me to type this review than it did for me to consult DR Electric to promptly get the job done well. Awesome job, guys!

Rick and Raymond did a fantastic job of sorting out the wiring in our basement. They had to run new lines, remove switches, and troubleshoot throughout. This was a complicated mess, but they got it done! They were friendly, informative, professional, and I feel good about the work they did and the value I received. I would recommend them highly!

I needed my panel upgraded so I could have my outlets grounded. Everyone was professional and efficient and observed social distancing and mark protocols. I need to have a drywaller clean up around the new panel, but everything works great. I will call them again when we have central air installed.

Rick and his team did an awesome job at my house. They replace my old panel and installed 3 more outlets. They also fixed outlets that were no longer working. I am so happy with the work they did for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. They were reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. I knew exactly what they were doing each step of the way. Mega kudos to Rick and his team.

This review is long overdue. I've been using Dr electric for several years for both commercial and residential work and have never been disappointed. They do great work and treat their regular customers well. More than once they have gone above and beyond to compete a project even when obstacles arose. Most importantly, I appreciate the peace of mind of knowing I can trust their work.
