So we decided to install a home generator for back-up power since we lose power quite a few times a year. I contacted Ryan with White Rhino. I’ll tell you, he gave me an estimate, did the install, did all the tests, showed me the ins and outs of the generator (didn’t tell me to just read the manual), and definitely kept me informed throughout the whole process. Our house was a bit of a challenge by the way the garage was hooked in. They met and exceeded my expectations. I know who I will call if I ever need any electrical work done. I’d suggest and refer anyone to White Rhino without a doubt.

I needed an electrician fast, for a difficult troubleshoot. I had 2 different electricians look at it and couldn't fix the problem. Ryan came out the same day and had it fixed within 2 hours. And for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Things started off good with white rhino and then went down hill pretty quickly. He sent a few workers out that obviously did not know what they were doing and rushed through work. He also takes shortcuts if work is not permitted. He left us in a very bad situation with open and exposed wires that were a big fire hazard. White rhino stopped answering emails and phone about the previous work because he had been paid. Service after install with this company does not exist. We had to have another electrician come out and fix his work who said it was one of the worst jobs he had seen in all his years of being an electrician. He also did not adjust the size of breakers when needed and left them undersized. I tried for months to get him to pull permit on his work and he refused. Besides the poor quality of work his customer service is by far the worst in the industry . I am suggesting you stay far away from this company and get a company who is honest, trust worthy and that performs quality work . It’s pretty easy to send out guys that make 15 per hour and be left with fire hazards all over the place. Do your self a favor and do not hire white rhino electric.

We asked White Rhino Electric to come look at a customers house when the power went out while we were working. They came out right away found the problem and took care if it in a timely manner. Would recommend, and plan to use them in the future.

Great Experience. Knowledgeable and didn't mind showing me how to do something myself. Quick and responsive. Reasonable rates. I would definitely use them again for my electrical needs.
