This little shop is super cool! I can't believe it has been around so long and I never went in. I couldn't find a good replacement for my husband's old Greek seasoning between five different stores, then finally I landed here! Not only did I get Greek seasoning, but some cajun seasoning to make jambalaya and some curry powder as well. I can't wait to stop by so I can browse a bit more too, as they don't only seel spices and perfumes. I love little grocery/gift stores, I wish the Springs had more like this!
Great little shop! The owners are very nice and extremely helpful. I can't wait to go back and try more and to try the free cooking class.
The owner, Dan is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Indian spices. Makes it very easy for a beginner to start cooking with spices and become less intimidated.nAfter I bought my items, Dan invited me to stay and learn how to make spiced tea, DELICIOUS! All the employees were smiling and laughing, great environment.
Some spices were a pretty good price, some were not. But that's how grocery stores are too, right? I'm happy the store saved me a trip all the way downtown or over to Academy
