An employee named Natasha.. boy, she makes 711 sound good again! She greets and says goodbye in a way you rarely ever see it anywhere! This women is a great example of what an employee should be, but not only that, as a person as well! Natasha! I hope you keep your great spirits higher than ever can get! No public restrooms! I'm only giving a 3 because they have my favorite Slurpee and friendly service.
I bought a scratch off ticket from this store. The week b4 this store had tickets stolen from them. They reported to many tickets and the ticket I bought was one of them. So I drove to pueblo thinking I won something. But all along it's because this store sold a stolen ticket and doesn't want to replace my money for the ticket. I was on the phone with the manager while he spoke with owner. I heard exactly how he reacted to the situation. Pretty much it wasn't his problem.. well we will not be shopping at this store again.
The lady I spoke with on the phone today went well up and beyond her pay grade she was beyond polite and happy i am not a morning person but she was so up beat I had to kind of smile when getting off of the phone thank u
Natasha is amazing. Always in the best mood. Always helpful and with a smile on her face. You cant help but be happy when you talk to her. Everyone should go there just because of her.
