Consistently the worst pharmacy I have ever been in. Staff is condescending, when you are lucky to get recognized, they ignor you and lie, saying they are busy while I can hear them watching a video on their phone. Pharmacist doesn't listen to questions, acts like he can't be bothered. We are done with this location, I plan on letting corporate know.
Worst pharmacy ever. Waited 6 minutes, with no one in line. Heavy set redhead never even acknowledged me, just called for someone to come help. She was not alone in the pharmacy. I didn't even see the other person I only heard her.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. And the pharmacy is no longer open on weekends.
I went in this store just a couple days ago, after Governor Polis gave the order for everyone to wear face masks, and NONE of the employees in this store had on masks. Out of ANY essential business still open during a pandemic, wouldn't you think a pharmacy, where SICK people go, would make their employees wear face masks?!? I won't be back to this store at least until the danger of this virus subsides.
The pharmacy staff Sierra is the rudest person I have ever met. I had an inhaler that was to be filled. Well I have blue cross and blue shield as my primary. My secondary is medicare. She didnt want to help me at all. I asked to talk to the pharmacist. He gets on the phone and explains to me what had to be done. They didnt want to run my secondary insurance. Maybe because they didnt know what they were doing. That girl does not need to have any contact with people until she learns how to respect customers. Unprofessional, rude and will saw worst staff and pharmacy ever.
