Sign by cashier says “no bills over $20 or debit/credit card needs to be used” I handed cashier a $20 to pay for my drinks and cashier refused pointing to the sign stating card or exact change only due to cash shortage etc. My problem isn’t that the sign doesn’t says anything about “exact change” my problem is she didn’t tell a customer who walked in with a kid and loudly announced she forgot her mask and “wasn’t gonna walk back to her car for it “ Not a coincidence the cashier was white so am I and she had zero problem enforcing a rule not even to menbut didn’t have the nerve to tell the BLACK lady to wear a mask after the state mandate was already in place. Maybe she was afraid of the B(urn) L(oot)M(urder) movement

They are the only business on this stretch of Academy that does not shovel the snow on the public sidewalks in front of and beside the building. I asked one of the employees about it one day and the guy said that it was the job of the city to,do it. He then refused me service and kicked me out of the store. I had to walk a mile to Austin Bluffs to make my purchase. All I did was ask a question. WTH?All,the employees there except the night guy are jerks!

The employees are always angry, they appear not to like their job, their rude to customers and act like you've inconvenienced them by being a customer. I live right down the road but drive to come and go as much as possible because I don't like shopping here.

I went in for a 2 for $2.50 deal. They ring me up incorrectly twice and then tell me that I need to learn how to read the sign. I had a 3.8 in college and I have 3 degrees. It's July 26 8:23pm.

Unfriendly employees who seem upset you disturbed their phone time when trying to make a purchase, unclean location in general, signage for sales still posted that ended nearly a month prior. Kum & Go isn't too far and is a much better place.
