After a terrible experience with the Walgreens across the street, I decided to switch my Prescriptions to CVS. The representative on the phone was incredibly kind, empathetic and helpful. I’m glad I made the switch. They certainly deserve my money more!
The pharmacy part is amazing. The pharmacists are patient and compassionate. I am a chronic pain patient and they don't treat me like an animal like Walgreens did for years. I'm so glad I switched. When you feel horrible everyday of your life you really can't put a price on good Customer Service. I am so thankful to have them. I appreciate you from the bottom of my huge heart ❤ufe0f CVS!
The pharmacy guys are so slow. It takes forever for them to request for a prescription drug. Horrible customer service.

Well, I am disappointed that they do not have a public restroom. I purchased my item that I went in for and will keep going to Walgreens. Atleast they provide restrooms for their customers. It is really hard being a person who works in the field and depend on public restrooms thru out the day. Walgreens all the way!!!!!
