The Manager on June 21st 2020 at citadel mall in Colorado spring has the worst customer service skills. She repeatedly tried to tell us that the items in the home section weren't able to use coupon after using the same coupon 3 days prior. She continued to argue with my wife and my self in front of our 5 year old that our item wasn't able to use coupon. It's no wonder they are going out of business with trashy employees as her. She said she was a manager but didnt have a name tag on. Never will my family shop there again.

I love the Worthington fashion line, the blouses and skirts make up some of my nicest outfits. Pretty pastels and solids.
