This store has terrible, rude and not helpful. In looking for items I asked a staff member that was on the floor to help me locate 2 item I came in for. I was told they are that way as she pointed towards the back of the store. Then I explained that I was back there looking and ask if she would show me where the items were located. She was rude and condescending.nnThe store is not clean. The parking lot has has trash everywhere. Take some pride in the neighborhood and clean up outside, take some pride in the store and keep it clean.nnAlso be grateful you have a job because if you treat customers poorly they will just nt come in any longer.nnAll my purchases in the future will be made online somewhere other than Walgreens

Last month i needed to fill 2 prescriptions for my grandson who was having asthma problems and needed relief to breathe easier. They told me what time they would be ready so i waited for my pick up time and when i arrived was told they only had 1 of the needed medicines and i could call around to other Walgreens to see if they had it or wait till tomorrow. They never offered to research it for me or arrange another store for me to get it from. Tonight my husband dropped off a prescription for himself at 6pm and was told he could pick it up at 8pm. When he arrived there was told they didn't have the medicine rather than calling him during the 2 hours they had to fill it or letting him know when he originally dropped off the prescription. How can they not notice that they don't have the needed drug when you hand them the prescription and they're staring at their computer? He then had to ask them to call some other Walgreens because they were going to make him do it himself like they did with me. Now he's driving out to Nevada at 9 at night to try and get his meds from another Walgreens. The customer service is horrible. Things sure have changed. They don't care about you or inconveniencing you at all. Disgusting.

Had bronchitis 2 months. Had to bring new prescription in. Lady was incredibly rude about taking it, told me it'd have to be tomorrow. If I hadn't been so taken aback by her rudeness I would have taken it elsewhere. Currently considering ambulance as I cannot breath and they have my inhaler prescription. Don't go here if you need an important script. Pharmacy is listed as open til 11, they closed 2 hours early today.
