After a horrible experience with Bob Penkhus, we were scared to trust a used car dealer. Rick sold us a wonderful car with amazing terms. I LOVE the fact that I get to look the person who gave me the loan (Rick) in the face every time I make a payment. He has changed our family's lives for the better. We tell everyone who is looking for a car to look here first.

So disappointing. I spent over ninety-minutes one day test-driving and examining two cars; an hour the next day studying the same two. This doesn't include the the one to two hours doing research about the cars only to find out, after all my work, THEY DON'T NEGOTIATE PRICES. While it is certainly their prerogative to charge what they want for the product they sell and not negotiate, however, I was only told this after I spent all this time preparing to negotiate. For used cars? For any car? Who doesn't negotiate? So buyer beware. Know ahead of time that you will not be negotiating but paying sticker price.
