Andre was amazing with my car buying experience. He was patient as I wanted to test drive several cars. When I had made my decision on which one I wanted the financing was completed in 45 minutes. This is by far the fastest easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. I never felt like I could not trust what they were saying! I would like to thank everyone that helped me! Had a great experience from beginning to end. Porters drove my car respectfully, managers and advisors greeted me. Nick did a great job on my car sooner than expected. My advisor was Marcus. As tiny as he is his heart makes up for it. He was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location
No pressure moved quickly and efficiently explained the features of the car returned calls promptly.
The service person who helped me (Jim) kept me updated on the repair status and arranged for a late pick-up when I wasn't able to make it back to the dealership before close. I appreciated his openness - the repair required a part that wasn't in stock and had to be brought over - and he let me know so that I could go about my day instead of waiting and not knowing. (Also, the waiting area had very comfortable chairs which I appreciated!)
