Shaw Industries, Inc.

So I went in this morning to pick up an order, The lady at the front by the name of Mary saw me standing there for maybe about 25 min before she decides to acknowledge that I was there and to tell me that there process had changed she gave me a paper and it took another 45 min before I was helped and told to pull up to the bay doors. It took another 20 min to get my truck loaded then it took another 30min for them to give me my paperwork to sign!!! I was there for a total of 2 hrs if not more to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready for pick up!! If there was a 0 stars I would have rated the 0. I will not be ordering from them anymore nor will my subcontractors!

Product came in damaged.. no one can answer anything of how it came in like that.. 45 min in waiting in the will call area for one pallet..place is horrible.. no service at all and of course there's no manager on site..

Very hard to get your products

I have been waiting two weeks to talk to someone, I signed up to get more information while in Costco, called numerous times, left messages, no return calls. New way of doing business.
