Charged me 123 dollars after they said it’s free don’t worry about it.
They installed the overhead light no problem, but did not sent me a bill for over 90 days, which they then claimed it to be passed due. Need a better billing system. I like to pay my bills on time.nnLinda.
I was one of thousands of people who lost power during the November 17, 2015 wind storm. My power was out for eight days. When Avista was almost at a point where power could be restored, they determined that for safety reasons, my electrical system had to be upgraded. It was the 12th hour, eight days after a major wind storm, and I was looking for an electrician to assess and do the work. I called Electric City. Jeremy went out that very day and took a look, told me what needed to be done and arranged for his crew to be there the next day. Done! It worked out perfectly, Avista was there about the time the Electric City crew had completed their work. They coordinated the hook-up and power was restored! I highly recommend this company for their response time, work and willingness to follow through with any problems I might encounter. And...they charged me a fair and honest price for the work.
Had two guys out to my house to wire my shop....did really clean work ...price was fair...they even cleaned up the mess.. Would definitely recommend
