We have now used Norco a couple of times for maintenance on our old furnace. Both times we had Daniel out, he was very punctual, even a bit early which was nice because we had been a day without heat. Daniel explained everything he did in layman's terms so that we could understand exactly what was going on. Everything about Norco's service was exceptional.

Called to get pilot turned on an old unit. Technician took his time and checked all aspects of the machine, and tested levels of CO2, any gas leaks, machine belt, type of filter, even gave advice about the roof pipe output and how to prevent leaks. Our technician had 14 years with the company and was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He took the time to really check things out for us, to make sure we get started right this winter. Explained their 90 call back policy, which is very fair. Definitely will call them again with all our heating issues.

Their drivers are a danger to the public. I reported one to the police. His truck's photo is on here unless Norco deleted it.nIn all fairness as for the company, I'm sure they do a great job.

JESSE CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE ON A SATURDAY WHEN WE WOKE UP WITH NO HEAT- HE HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED IN NO TIME. I HAVE HAD NORCO OUT A NUMBER OF TIMES OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT OUTCOME!

I highly recommend Norco for your heating and AC needs. The installers were great and personable. Answered all my questions and were very considerate. Thank You NORCO and crew.
