Such a great place and so friendly!

Gene (the owner) is awesome. He's very friendly, likes to get to know you and almost never raises his rates (unless they raise his taxes or something like that). So because of that it's hard to find an available unit.

We were running around trying to find a storage unit when the one reservered screwed us over in thornton. My boyfriend came across broomfield mini storage since it was right by his job. We called and gene was so sweet and said they were closing soon but he'd leave the gate open for us and he had a unit that we could use. I highly recommend this storage facility.
