Pros: Super clean, well lit, and friendly staff who always welcomes you and bids a farewell. As I have seen, people keep their distance and every piece of equipment is wiped down after use. They provide plenty of sand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes. Happy to have this gym after 24hour fitness went the way of the dodo bird.nnCons: Music could use some tweaking.

I love lifting here, some of the people are weird though (that workout) but that's to be expected with a 10$ gym like people not even lifting, on there phones at the squat racks haha. Definitely the most quality 10$ gym I know though! Very nice employees, very clean ALWAYS. Also the moo mass smoothie is the best god dang thing ever. 5 star for price vs quality

Not willing to work with people during the pandemic. They charged my card $50 even though I had moved and previously tried to cancel saying that it has not been a year yet and that was the contract I signed. They charged my card and said they would not refund it because the contract that I signed A YEAR AGO stated it would be taken out of my account in a year. The girl that I spoke with when I called the gym directly was very sweet but I just felt that during a pandemic when they haven't even been open, that they should have worked with me a bit.

Called to inquire about multiple charges as well as the amenities such as child care, showers and pools not being available. My wife and myself got their 40 monthly membership only for the purpose of the child care. Tried calling to see if they would downgrade membership to the standard 9.99 membership since the child care is closed. Still ended up being charged the 40 dollars on both memberships with no other option other than freezing the account after already being charged . Myself and my wife have been members for over a year but after this, cancelled memberships and will definitely be switching to a different gym after this.

Horrible customer service and they don’t abide by the Americans with Disabilities Act either. One of my teens can’t wear a mask or a face shield due to medical reasons and they told her that she was not welcome in their gym and that they would freeze her account. We told them to cancel mine and my daughters accounts. The manager said that she would cancel our accounts and give us a refund for everything that we had paid since they reopened. I thought we were good and that was that. Unfortunately both of our accounts have been charged again and when I called to speak with them they claim that they cannot do anything about it because “it wasn’t in their notes” and that we would have to come in. I should have listened to the others reviews about this place but you live and learn. Don’t go here. It’s not worth the hassle.
