I did the 6 week challenge and LOVED it! I wanted to be at the gym every day. The coaches were motivating and encouraging. I especially loved working with coach, Hayley.nnUnfortunately, I was 1% away from meeting my goal of losing 5% body fat. I was disappointed in myself but proud I had lost 10lbs and tried something new!nnWhen reviewing my final results with owner, Clare Warner me that based on my body fat I’m close to being obese. I was 5’2 and 127 lbs at the time.

Years ago, I had joined different flashy health clubs and had trainers with big egos. There were lots of mirrors everyone acted so pretty.nnWow! Now I’ve joined a gym run by no nonsense young women. This is place to let it a hang out. Yeah, no PC here but fun, energetic, dynamic and inspiring. I’m impressed by the knowledge and skills that have been demonstrated by the trainers. I’m senior age and have fallen out of shape over the years. I’ve had a two week work out schedule and haven’t been sore at all but feel like I’ve worked hard. My trainer put me on a reasonable eating plan for my years of fallen off track. I feel great and have slept better than I have in months. It’s awesome that this gym is run by smart young ladies. It’s about time....

This place is amazing! Not only do you get to workout with awesome coaches but what i like best is the people that workout here. I have met great people and everyone is there to support each other. No matter your shape or size you will feel welcome at ALL times!!

RAW fitness has and is continuing to change my life! Through personal accountability, nutrition, and fitness training coaches I’ve experienced peeling back the layers of what is going on internally to establish a healthy lifestyle change. I have never experience such a positive, encouraging, caring and motivating atmosphere! I love how every different fitness level and body is accepted. I discovered Raw Fitness at one of the worst times of my life. My house had just burned down and I lost my cat, not to the fire, he just left me because he didn’t feel like sticking around. I had also been fired because I couldn’t stop crying on the job. My boss said no one likes a weepy stripper, not even the Tuesday afternoon crowd. I was down to my last $599 bucks which I was planning to use to purchase a ticket on a Malaysian Airlines flight and just end it all, but then I found Raw Fitness. Their helpful and knowledgeable staff encouraged me to give life and fitness another shot. All of their teachers are certified trainers so they can help modify the workouts to fit my specific needs. Plus you won’t find any friendlier people around, the staff and fellow patrons are so encouraging and positive. With the pricing plan I chose, I should be able to get all of my money back too! As long as I stay committed and lose 20 pounds or 5% body fat in 6 weeks I’ll get my complete $599 back! I plan to use it to buy a new cat, one fat enough who can’t run away to the happy couple down the block. Thanks Raw Fitness!
