Sheri was great to work with. Very patient and took extra time to explain things carefully and answer all my questions. I came in having some lower back issues and she was able to customize my workouts to help strengthen my core while not aggravating anything. I'm loving the flexibility and energy of the functional workouts and I feel great! I will be using her again in any future sessions.

Shari is a great personal trainer. Every session she listened to what was working (and what wasn't) and helped adapt the workout to meet my goals and improve. She has provided me a plan that I can switch up and add to so that it keeps me engaged in the gym. Most importantly her encouragement and help has given me to confidence to stay in the gym, keep going back and to try new things.

Honestly Shari is a life saver! She really takes into consideration your physical and mental health, and encourages a balance for both! Not only do you feel excited going to workouts with an experienced trainer, but your working with someone who is a friend! She modifies workouts and pushes you every time you meet! I mean its hard to describe how AWESOME she is because I could go on and on and on!! She tailors your fitness journey just for you!! I appreciate all she has done for me, and thank her for helping on both my mental and physical fitness journey!

Shari has been supporting me and coaching me with fitness, strength training, and weight loss since December 2018! I have started working out at least 5 times a week now after being trained by Shari. Her advice to combine strength training, healthy diet, and cardio is working very well for me. I have more energy and I feel more confident now. I think it is so important for women to make working out a fun activity because it relieves so much stress from our busy lives. And I believe that is precisely what Shari has made me feel about working out - it is fun! I have begun to enjoy exercising, and I think I will do this for life now! Shari pushed me one step at a time. She was extremely mindful of how much I can work out without hurting myself. She was also super flexible with my schedule, was always on time, and stayed longer to make sure all my questions were answered. Shari always encouraged me to keep making progress and even texted / emailed me once a week to make sure I was on track. Her passion for fitness and her energy levels are contagious! What I appreciate most about her is that she is willing to be an important part of my support system in achieving and maintaining good health. I highly recommend working with Shari if you are someone like me with a goal for lifelong fitness and good health!

Really enjoyed working with Shari. I had never done a class such as this one and Shari was very encouraging and patient with me when I asked questions concerning how to do the exercises the right way!
