The Widespread family is something that must be experienced in order to realize how truly amazing it is. For the past 5 years years I have counted on the owners and coaches to remind me how important person fitness is to healthy well being. No matter your what your skill or fitness level, the staff puts your best interest first and pushes you be to be best version you you possible!

Widespread Crossfit is awesome - top notch coaching, always provide necessary personal modifications to help meet goals and provide an injury free workout. Great fitness option for ALL family members and great community of people as a result!!

Excellent Gym. Great Coaches. Wonderful community.nThe small classes ensure you get plenty of coaching to realize your goals and also stay safe.nThey also have periodic 'sunday' classes that focus on certain aspects of your fitness like olympic lifting and running.

I have been so impressed and happy with my experience here - personal training with Matt has been fantastic. He knows just how hard to push me, the workouts are different every single session, and I have confidence I'll see the results!

For years I longed to get into shape, and feel comfortable in my skin. Kids and work took everything out of me and excuses of NO time also took over.nEight months ago, I finally got the courage to walk into Widespread CrossFit and haven't looked back. The two-week on-ramp program helped me gain confidence before joining group classes. My goal was to do group classes three times a week, and as of today I enjoy doing them five to six times a week. The variety in the workouts and the community of people get me excited to jump out of bed to start my day.nMany people have the wrong impression of CrossFit. Matt and Kari have built a gym for those that workout daily to those like myself looking to get back into shape after doing nothing for almost 10-years. They also have an incredible kids program that our 8-year twins LOVE. I love seeing how their classes have helped them improve in both physical strength, but also mental strength by believing in themselves.nEncourage you to take 15 minutes out of your day to meet with Matt and Kari to see if it's a fit. I promise you that you won't have any regrets.
