Great company to use for HVAC. Had them install a AC unit to the house few years ago. Did great work. Went back to them on a different house. Had furnace and AC updated. Work was perfect and clean. The boys were friendly and direct to the project. Had answers to all questions. I definitely would recommend COOPER Heating & Cooling.

We bought our furnace from Cooper 4 years ago -- great experience. I called on Thursday to have someone come out to inspect furnace and replace filter. A technician was scheduled for Friday the next day. They called ahead to confirm and the Technician arrived with mask on and shoe covers. He did the inspection work and one minor repair. He was very courteous and talked through the system with me before and after his work. Outstanding experience. (The music they play when you are on hold is also very funny!) I highly recommend Cooper!

We are very happy with the purchase install of our new HVAC system purchased thru Cooper. Felt confidant because of affiliation with Costco and was not disappointed. It started with Curtis as our advisor – he explained everything and always got back to us with any questions we had. At the install Dylan and team wore masks and shoe coverings and were nothing but professional. They answered all our questions and explained how best to use the system in all seasons.

William Vest was absolutely incredible! He took the time to really go into detail the differences between the A/C units and which one would work best for me without having to break the bank. He had a very detailed outline of what it would look like after all the Costco rebates and was honest about how long they would take to come. He was able to get an appointment set up the day before I moved into my condo so that I could have air conditioning right away! Everyone I worked with throughout the install was very respectful and professional. It was quite the task, but they were able to get it all done in 1 day. After the install, William was extremely responsive with follow-ups and made sure I had everything I needed and that the unit was working well. I would highly recommend William and Cooper heating and cooling to anyone!

We had Matt at our house to service our furnace. My husband and I were both so impressed with his level of professionalism and knowledge. He was on time and called ahead to let us know he was 30 minutes from our house. He was very efficient and got the job done perfectly. He even gave us some tips on furnace maintenance through the winter. We couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using them again!!!
