Ordered the cheeseburger and a big Mac. The cheeseburger was fine however the big Mac had mustard and pickles a lot of pickles on a dry bun which was stale. The employee gave me attitude when I went through the drive-thru because I ended up in front of the car that he thought would be next. Instead of diet Dr pepper they have me regular
By far one of the most inept locations in this area. The staff is rude with displays of irritation when dealing with customers and the management is either oblivious or complacent to allow such a culture. Based upon the staff’s venomous reaction to customers calling the location, it’s a clear message that such actions are highly discouraged.nnThe deterioration of this location remains steady and the staff assimilates quickly to the “customers are a dime a dozen” mentality. I’m sure the McDonald’s franchise would be proud.
