We were extremely happy with our custom poker chips. I originally was trying to make these through a different company but had an extremely hard time with their website. I had almost given up completely but thought I would try somewhere else. This is when I came across chipLab. Site was very user friendly, easy to make and easy to order, they even had shipping dates to pick from. We got our order 2 days before they were expected!!! Would use them again and would recommend to anyone!

Chase and Erik made things happen!!! I was down to the wire with only two weeks before a golf tournament to produce something unique and they were lifesavers! Erik took the time to help design my order through the chat window on their website, and Chase took the time to follow up and ensure me that my order would be received in time even without expedited shipping! I will gladly recommend any friends and will be returning for more golf tourneys in the future!!! Thanks guys!

I wanted to take the time to write just how pleased I was with the entire experience I have had with this company. From quality chips to customer service, you hope to find a company like this at every cluck of the mouse. My chips came in and they looked better than the actual preview on display. The case they came in is fortified like a bank vault, and when I needed customer assistance to oversee my design the team, especially Eric was more than helpful. Seriously, if every business could operate this way and deliver a top notch product, the world of retail would be a much more satisfying place! Thanks chiplab!

Chase was awesome throughout the ordering process. We gave him artwork, and specifics on chip quantities and he made it happen. Our request was slightly out of the ordinary, but it was a piece of cake for Chase.
