Charlotte was outstanding, worked with me on getting my needs met. She has an outstanding personality and is a great ambassador for Public Storage.nnCharlotte has been so available as I now have 2 storage units. She does a fantastic job with public relations and is just a super great individual.
Charolette and Reanne are wonderful! Awesome location. Clean. Staff is super helpful and accommodating. Got a unit that ended up being a bit too small. The transfer to a larger unit was seamless and painless (Well, mostly! Minus moving my stuff twice ud83dude02). Thanks, Charolette and Reanne!!
This Public Storage facility is the best! They helped me out when I was having trouble fitting all my belongings inside the unit and Charlotte made my moving out experience seamless. She was very fair with me with my move out arrangements. I also felt like she was very aware of everyone going in and out of the facility. I like that the gate identifies anyone coming and going and I felt my belongings were safe.nnThank you Charlotte!nTracy
The facility is well kept secure and a good value. Really great manager, Charlotte.nShe goes above and beyond and really helped me have a positive experience with Public Storage.nWould definitely recommend this place.
