The usual Starbucks
Ordered 2 coffees, they gave me 3 and they were wrong. The lady wouldn’t refund me or take them back. Negative 5 stars
I Like it has food, beverages, Wi-Fi, inside seating and outside and most important a restroom that's clean and can be used
I have never felt more disrespected by a Barista before. I came into the store for just a drink and sandwich. Richard not only made my drink incorrectly and forgot about my sandwich but when I tried to remind him about it and get my drink fixed (I needed sugar free) I was only met with disrespect and no care for me as a customer. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience at Starbucks..nDo not get Richard as a barista, he will give you a horrible experience.
Love my venti chai frappuccino. I always ask for 3 pumps base, 2 pumps Chai. But if the barista doesn't read the label, they get to remake it, while I wait twice as long. So, 2nd one had 3 pumps base, but more than 2 pumps chai.
