First time I have ever walked out of a Starbucks. I asked for dark roast coffee, was told they just “dumped it out”. why would you tell me you just dumped it? How could that improve my customer experience? And does the employee not know they do pour overs anytime you want one? I was planning to work a few hours at this location, order lunch in an hour. this not a big deal as I will just avoid this store. Just unfortunate that positive customer service experiences are few and far between these days. Thankfully there are other Starbucks

Drive thru line was long & slower than usual. Could be because I was there at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. Staff was pleasant & drinks were good.
Long line went fast. Friendly staff. Consistent location
visited fri evening i think. i had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. menu is like a place in san francisco i liked.
