I just went through drive though at around 10 am, and a man, probably in his 20’s, Hispanic, dark hair, took my card. I just wanted to say thank you to him. I have been having a hard time lately, and he was so sweet and made my week! :)

Went up to the door at 345pm on a Saturday. They were closed. Every other fast food restaurant is open for walk-in orders til at least 7pm.nTheres no reason you can't take an order for someone who is just gonna walk out the door once they receive their food.nThe other McDonalds up the road has their lobby open til 4pm. Your location is closer and I happened to make the wrong decision by coming to this one.nnUnless you're gonna allow walk-ups in the drive-thru, you need to have the lobby open for business.

Bad customer service and horrible food. Do not go to this location. It's in our neighborhood so is super convenient however over the last 6 months this place has went down bad. Today we went at 11:15 to get lunch and the fries tasted like they were from last night. How does that happen when they just started making lunch. Hamburgers were not even that warm. Didn't even eat the food threw it away and called corporate. I would highly recommend going to a different location that follows the protocol for food because it's apparent they don't with the temperature of the food we got today. Totally unacceptable.
