Went to this Starbucks the other day and asked about the free coffee for healthcare workers, the girl working told me “no they don’t do that” and continued to go on about it. She was very rude. It’s not about the free coffee, it’s all over the news that Starbucks is trying to give back to people who have been literally risking their lives and who are tired of being tired. I’ve never had a worse experience with someone at a Starbucks before. I gracefully ordered and bought my own coffee, but if Starbucks is offering free coffee again they need to inform their employees.

I went in for a coffee at 9am on a Tuesday and I ordered 8, $5 gift cards and a vente for myself. I sat at a table to organize the gift cards while I waited for my Americano decaf (which takes a while longer) and was on my phone talking to a car broker. There are signs on the tables saying the tables are closed. Okay. Its been 9 months of Covid. I get it. However, I wasn't planning on staying and sitting...and a worker came over to where I was sitting and abnoxiously shouted at me that I could not sit at the table and only could sit outside. Its 38degrees outside. Her tone and volume were totally rude and I will never return to this location. It's not about what she was saying, its how I felt after being rudely scolded in the most unkind way. It was obvious that I was doing 3 things at once and needed to get the 8 gift cards organized. Just be nice ijs

This Starbucks here knows how to make all the drinks soooooo yummy thank to the employees, so nice and friendly

Normally, the service is slow but decent. The staff is usually friendly. Today, they were rude, got my drink wrong twice and then when they finally did get it right, the drink was 1/4 drink and 3/4 foam. See the pictures below- after the foam subsided. I haven't even had a sip yet. I asked if there was even anything in it and she just walked away. Disappointing. Won't be back to this location. Staff needs training badly.
