Went this afternoon and had a great experience! I really enjoyed my Starbucks drink made by Travis; it was lovely! Loved the selection of produce at this location as well as the hardware department. Thanks to Conor, the cashier, for being the nicest cashier ever!!
Love this location. It had an actual meat counter and bakery! This will be the only one i shop at from now on.
They over charged me by $15. When I noticed I went back in to try to talk to the manager. She was the cashier who had JUST rung me up and she swore she hadn't even been the one who assisted me. The security guy vouched that I was just through her line a few minutes ago, but she still said she couldn't help me. I had thrown my receipt away on my way out the door and she insisted she couldn't look anything up to refund the overcharge. If you go here, watch your receipts closely or they might rip you off.
It's great for produce and good quality meat and cheaper than kings sooper and Walmart. But checking out is a hassle since they almost always only have cashiers. So just have some patience.
I walked in the store as I usually do in great mood.. but as im walking to get my products you have Poor customer service, not friendly, foul language used on the sales floor by various employees over in produce,very unprofessional.nOnly one worker older man in produce asked if I needed a box to help carry my items that was excellent customer service.nCashier was carrying on a conversation with another customer as she was ringing me up. No greeting was given and she was asking me about the price on an item sold at the store. She didn't call anyone to do a price check.I asked to speak to the manager on duty never came up after I called her to express my concerns. She inquired what I wanted to talk to her about.. I would assume if a customer is asking to speak to a manager that the manager responds promptly as I am choosing to spend my money at that store regardless of the reason .nBetter customer service please Thank You.
