Great place! Owners are very friendly and helpful. Even though they were pretty full, they found a spot for my trailer. Good security and hours.

The rear window of my RV was broken while at Sheridan RV Storage. When I phoned up Tina, she immediately told me that it was likely caused by a golf ball from the golf course directly across the road, she knew this without even coming out to look at the damage. I had observed a half dozen golf balls laying around my unit previously, but had assumed they dropped out of someone's vehicle... but no, they came from the course. When I told Tina that she should have warned me about this issue before me moving into the spot, she said I should have realized they were located next door to a golf course, I was at fault for not realizing this, not even an apology from her. Tina would not agree to move me to another spot or put me on a wait list for spot away from the golf course. With that, I said I would vacant my spot and asked for my money back for the remiander of the month, both her and Joanne said no to that as well. I would guess at least 20-30 RVs are in the line of fire, not good. So I'm out $300 for a new window, plus almost a months rent... very poor customer service. Shame, I actually liked Joanne, but this isn't right. Tina needs to learn how to apologize and treat people with respect. I've rented a new stoarage spot at RV Storage Denver.
