I like to push myself. After being disabled in the Army, it was hard to find a safe and energetic place that would fulfill that need for me. This place is like a second home. Everyone is so friendly and ready to answer questions. I've gotten a second chance at martial arts in a family friendly environment. Thanks Nova! You're the best!

Awesome place and an even better group of people. I always feel welcome and look forward to every week of training. Professor Dylan is hands down the best BJJ instructor I have trained under.nnHighly recommended!

Over the years I have trained with national/international level athletes and coaches for Martial Arts and Fitness / Peak Performance. As a Coach, Nova Mente has struck a unique balance with their approach of training the mind and the body. As a student, the class structure is technical and has some of the highest level fundamentals I have ever seen, all taught in formats that ensure success. (that one conversation we had over guard passing has unbelievably impacted the way I look at passing the guard.)nnOn a personal note, I have also never seen a more passionate team that cares about “bringing people with them” towards success inside and outside of the gym.nnI can’t thank Coach Dylan enough and very much recommend you try out a few classes to see what me and so many others have experienced.

Nova is a very unique training center! I love the vibes here! I have trained at many training centers, and this one stands out for me. I highly recommend trying this place out!nnI am grateful to be apart of this. I love Nova Mente Academy!

Nova is an incredible school for me and my family to not only learn jiu jitsu but grow together as a family. I have nothing but praise for every single one of the coaching staff who have all become extensions of our own family. I am incredibly grateful to train and learn from some of the most amazing people I have ever met.
