This place is great. Have an amazing deal for membership. You get a card for 24/7 access and they have all the free weights and machines you could imagine. They teach martial arts too. Not very crowded. Could use a drinking fountain though so bring your own water.
I completed the 6 week challenge. I've never been atheltic and didnt like to be in the gym. With the help from everyone at Xtreme Gym 24/7 I not only lost 15lbs but I continue to exercise and run at home. As soon as I am able I am going to return to Xtreme Gym 24/7.
The classes they teach are amazing. It doesn't matter if your an expert, a beginner, or anything in between they always have a spot for you. They really teach you from the level your at and bring you up as quickly as you can learn. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. The best gym I have ever been to by far.
