Trey was very professional, thorough, and respectful of my home. The staff at the office knew who I was when I called and did their best to be proactive in communicating with me about schedule changes. The quality of the work that was completed was high and thorough. My appointment was rescheduled twice, but the company offered a $25 credit each time, which was a fair way to handle the issue in my opinion.nnI would give a 5 star review for all of the above. The only negative was so small, but rather important, so I have deducted 1 star. After completing the work, the boiler was not switched back on. It was a simple as flipping a light switch, and just a slip of the mind that I can relate to, but I woke up to a 55 degree house this morning and am grateful it wasn't colder last night.nnOverall, I would recommend Heart.

I can't say enough about this company....!!!! I am so glad that I went with them for my plumbing services. Jeremy from the company is top notch...and guided me and my family along the process of finishing the job we were requesting. I would give this company 20 stars if I could... You can't go wrong hiring this company for any job you need done. The receptionist, Natalie, I spoke with was so kind and informative also. You guys are awesome...again I can't thank you enough......

Our technician Mitch was very friendly, courteous, patient, prompt and professional! He even went out of his way to go get an additional part that was needed to complete the job and still returned the same day and finished the work! Was very happy with his service and will ask for him personally if we need work done again. Would highly recommend this company and this tech to everyone!

Heart was amazing helping to squeeze us in since they knew we were stressed about the situation. They showed up on time and sent a nice bio about the repair person to help us know who to anticipate. The service was knowledgeable, professional and affordable. We do appreciate their excellent service especially Mark the technician who came out! Thank you!

I had to have my furnace replaced. The installer for my project was named Gordon Heller. He was very professional and a great communicator. He addressed all issues and concerns with me with great information and detail. Would definitely recommend Heart to everyone. Every associate I encountered throughout the process were very pleasant. Great customer service all around.
