Abel was very rude when assisting with my transaction. He kept his head phones on the entire time he communicated with me. He couldn’t hear a word I was saying because if this.nnTo add to that he did not place the ten lottery tickets I purchased in the bag. I did not realize this until I got home. I asked him to check the cameras to verify because he thought I was lying over ten dollars. I contacted his supervisor who stated I was going to have to wait until the morning.nnSo far this has been handled unprofessionally and I would suggest moving on to the next 711 or the shell across the street. Horrible Experience!!!!!!!

Guy behind the counter has no idea what he is doing .nWould not ring up 2 for 2$ life water when I brought him the sign from the cooler he said it’s still not .nRight after a customer behind me grabbed a soda out of the cooler near the register that said 69 cents and the guy tried to charge full price .nNot sure if you guys have someone that doesn’t know how to read the signs you guys put up or what but you guys have to get that together .

711 app does not work at the store, Pico de Gallo is probably 2 days old, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND not ordering anything from this 711 store. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♂ufe0f
