At this location, employees can't even take an order right they are too busy trying to rush the order. I order the sauces in advance and when I get to the second window, the lady at the window didn't give them to me and got mad when I asked for them. I order 38 nuggets (two 10 pieces and three 6 pieces) and they only gave me two sauces ! Two times in a row that this has happened to me going to this location definitely won't be going back to this location even though it's the closest location to my job! Ordered through uber eats... This was the first time of countless I've ever ordered through a online delivery service platform for McDonald's that was delivered hot and fresh. All of the other times I've ordered McDonald's at other locations, the food shows up unappetizing and cold. This location is on their A game and is definitely highly recommended!
Terrible, I ordered 2 micgriddles and tn2 sausage burritos and they shorted me a $4 micgriddle and gave me a $1 burrito to make up for the sandwich and if I wasn't busy and it wasn't the middle of a rush the $3 dollars that was pretty much taken from me would have been worth going in and complaining. What ever happened to good customer setvice
Its Mc Donalds. They stayed after close to make sure I had fresh cookies.
